Hi, my name is Alessandro and I live in the Netherlands.
I’ve been making music for more than 15 years now. I started out on the attic of my parents house. A 4 track cassette recorder, Amiga 1200 with OctaMED and two huge JBL speakers and I was creating radical beats, singing to it myself and driving my parents and the whole block insane with that loud sound.
Since then a lot has changed. Nowadays my weapon of choice is propellerhead’s REASON and most of my tracks are sequenced, mixed and finallized digitally using Reason, a midi keyboard (Oxygen 8), and Adobe’s Audition. My tracks are sample heavy and I like to break up existing drumpatterns, re-arrange them and amp them up so that a simple snare-bass becomes this huge droning beat. Same as with vocals, effects or classical pieces; As long as it sounds good.
I recently started posting my tracks on youtube and my goal is to get my music out there.
